What to Expect
Arriving at JPZ Healing Services for the first time can feel overwhelming, but our team is here to make your transition as smooth as possible. When you arrive at our Santa Ana, California location at 3370 S Bristol St, you will be greeted by our admissions staff and guided through the intake process.
During your first 24 to 72 hours, you will receive a full medical evaluation, meet with your treatment team, participate in an orientation of our facility, and begin settling into your room. If you require medical detox, our clinical staff will begin your detoxification protocol immediately with 24/7 medical monitoring.
Within the first week, your individualized treatment plan will be finalized, and you will begin participating in individual therapy, group sessions, and wellness activities. Our goal is to help you feel safe, supported, and ready to engage in the recovery process.
